Hotel Rules
- Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM to allow us to prepare the room for our next guests.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room, but we have designated outdoor areas and gazebos where you may smoke.
- Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM to ensure all guests can rest peacefully — we appreciate your cooperation.
- Visitors are welcome in the lobby and outdoor spaces, but overnight guests must be registered at the front desk for security.
- Please help us conserve water and electricity by turning off lights and air conditioning when leaving the room.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Standard Room booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a charge equal to one night’s stay, and no-shows will be billed in full.
